The 6th annual Brew-N-Que is a celebration of Michigan's best microbreweries and their local barbeque. You're invited to attend the event, which will feature local barbeque from area chefs as well as samples from state brewers. On-site BBQ may be purchased but beer tasting tickets must be booked ahead of time. Although advance ticket purchases are not necessary, they've been sold out in the past! Each $20 beer sampling ticket will give you ten 3-ounce samples of wonderful craft brews from a variety of breweries. At 3 p.m., all of the breweries will begin serving beer. The line-up for Brew-N-Que, which will take place on Saturday, November 11th in Atlanta's Little Five Points neighborhood, is already filling up with nearly two dozen local and national establishments. Some of the breweries scheduled to attend are Halfpenny Brewing, Ratio Beerworks, Flying Embers, Elevated Seltzer Company and more. The concert will also include food vendors! Barbed Wire Reef BBQ, Rollin' Bones BBQ, Still Smoking BBQ, and Rollin' Bones Tea will all be on-site to serve guests delicious barbecue. Mile Hi Popcorn, The Snowy Churro, and Kona Ice Shaved Ice are just a few of the sweet delicious treats. The Summer Music Festival, which includes live music, a range of tasty food trucks, several games and activities for children to enjoy, and more than 16 acres of lovely park space with plenty of shaded picnic areas, is sure to satisfy everyone at the Centennial Center Park Music Festival. There are a lot of interesting and unusual things to see in Denver, Colorado, such as the Colorado Dragon Boat Festival! The Colorado Dragon Boat Festival, which has been held every year since 1997 at Sloan's Lake Park, is expected to return on July 23-24, 2022. The park will be packed with dragon boat races, exquisite food, an Asian market, a variety of activities, and hundreds of community members meeting for the first time in two years when it reopens after two years of COVID-19 cancellations and toxic algae blooms.
The event will be open to the public and take place on July 29 in Historic Church Hill. There will be over a hundred exhibitors selling everything from crafts to cuisine, as well as live music. The event is free to attend, but any amount of monetary donations are appreciated to help cover costs and plan future installments. The Shaolin Hung Mei Kung Fu will perform a 75-foot-long magnificent, old Chinese Dragon in Sloan Lake Park on September 10th.On their way to the finish line, the Dragon Boat teams will traverse a log bridge and swim across a tiny lake. The dragon fountain, which shoots water into a pond used as the basis for Dragon Boat paddles, will be on stage. When Team City goes by the Band Stage, the Dragon will be illuminated on top of its roof. Teams will compete in a two-day dragon boat race. The return of the Taiwanese-style boats has been far too long in coming. Each boat will have 18 oarsmen, one drummer, and one flag grabber. Attend the finish line to witness the drama of the flag grabber leaning out and snatching the banner to win the race. At the Taste of Asia Restaurant & Food Court, you may eat a variety of Asian dishes while shopping till you drop. At the Marketplace, guests will be able to sample a wide selection of Asian cuisine! There's something for everyone. Vendors at the Marketplace may sell things that are comparable to those found in open-air marketplaces throughout Asia. The Performance Stages has hosted traditional and contemporary Asian and Asian-American instrumental, vocal, choral, and dance entertainment by prominent local artists every third summer since 2004.
